Now With the click of a button they can search their own social networks and see which of the businesses they may already have a connections with.
This is going to drastically impact referral and lead generation.
Even if a business has only one employee they could easily offer this kind of functionality on their website, so that when someone refers them, a potential prospect could visit the web site and see who know who.
